DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we deliver daily from Mondays to Sundays, 9 am – 5 pm within Metro Manila. Orders made via text are processed for delivery only upon receipt of proof of payment.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders made by 12 NN within Metro Manila will be delivered on the same day. Orders made after 12 NN will be delivered the next day.
WHAT TIME DO YOU DELIVER?
We will aim to deliver you order between 9 am to 5 pm but unfortunately cannot guarantee a specific delivery time slot depending on the volume of orders and route efficiency.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
For the safety and sanitation purposes of our customers and staff, we do not allow pick-ups.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO ONE TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS DURING THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
We trust that you will make arrangements to ensure that someone at the household of the recipient will be able to receive the items. If there is a specific time that you need the items delivered, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If delivery is unsuccessful, the items will be returned to our kitchen for redelivery, subject to a new delivery fee.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via credit card, bank deposit via BPI and BDO, and GCash.

DO YOU ACCEPT COD?
We do not accept COD at this time. We require full payment before we process your order for delivery.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND FOR PAYMENT MADE?

All our staff are currently housed on the same premises as our kitchen with limited contact to the outside world. We implement extra precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our team. All of our safety, sanitation, and prevention procedures are in place to ensure the utmost health, sanitation, and care for our food, staff, and customers.
