In 2018, Thomson Road started as a humble restaurant in Molito, Alabang with the vision of introducing exciting flavors for the community to enjoy, in a place that felt like home.
The recent pandemic led us to close our doors and move forward for the sake of our employees and their families. In the past few months, we have been working hard to continue our mission while keeping both you and our team safe.
Today, we are still rooted in the same purpose and mission — to provide excellent service and the best flavors, this time through everyday quality meals safely prepared in our kitchen in Metro Manila.
Our goal is to help you focus on life while we take care of your food. Inspired by family recipes of our own staff members hailing from different provinces, these meals are what we hope will nourish, comfort, and empower you and your family in these months and more.
Everyday, we work hard to serve you and live by the words Quality, Family, and Service.

Ronnie conceived the recipes for Inihaw na Liempo and Classic Pork Barbecue.
Hailing from Paluan, Occidental Mindoro, Nickson picked up his cooking skills from friends and watching Panlasang Pinoy videos on Youtube. He is inspired by his family and dreams to learn how to drive one day.
Together, Ronnie and Nickson came up with the recipe for our Pampangueño Pork Sisig.
As the eldest of six children, Laine learned to cook at a young age to help take care of the family. From a very humble home, she learned to make simple, everyday dishes using readily available ingredients such as vegetables and coconut cream.
As such, it’s second nature for Laine to create our recipes for Authentic Bicol Express and Gising-Gising.
As a child with busy parents, Rona was put in charge of her parents’ kitchen as well as her aunt’s and learned to cook as a necessity. She came to enjoy cooking through time, and is inspired by her family, especially her sibling whom she is helping put through school.
